- Rates Effective From 01 July 2024
- Service Duration: Services are charged at an hourly rate and require a minimum service duration of two hours per visit.
- GST: Rates are exclusive of GST. All home care services are GST exempt.
- Labour Transport Costs: Claimed at $1.00 per kilometre.
- Non-Labour Transport Costs: An additional charge of $1.00 per kilometre will apply for travel distances exceeding 20km from Schofields or Bankstown, NSW, whichever is nearer.
- Short Cancellation (No Show) Fee: Failure to provide 24 business hours’ notice for a support or service will result in a short cancellation (no show) fee. NurseCare Australia may claim the full amount of the fee associated with the support service if the agreed cancellation notice period is not met.
- Services are charged at an hourly rate and requires a minimum service duration of two hours per visit.
- Travel cost charged at $1.00 per kilometre travel if more than 20km from Schofields NSW.
